After extensive underwriting, we the “GP” General Partners team (which is the active party of the deal structure) secure a promising multifamily property and open it for investment.

2. Information Distribution:

Investors receive comprehensive details about the investment, including the business plan and projected returns.

3. Investor Engagement:

We host webinars to present the investment opportunity and address any questions or concerns. Additionally, personalized one-on-one calls can be scheduled to cater to individual needs.

4. Due Diligence:

While investors consider the opportunity, our team continues to work diligently on the due diligence processes to finalize the property acquisition.

5. Investment Window:

Once you've decided to invest, a specified investment window is provided, and funds are required to be transferred by the due date (generally, the minimum investment is $50,000).

6. Asset Management:

After the deal is closed, our team begins active management of the property throughout the holding period.

7. Ownership Structure:

As an investor, you become a Limited Partner (LP) for the specific property, owning a percentage proportionate to your investment amount.

8. Ongoing Updates:

We provide regular updates (generally monthly) about the property's performance and management activities to keep investors informed.
