Rodolfo Pace is an Italian immigrant who relocated to the US in 2016. He holds a formal education in Economics and Business Administration and his professional journey has predominantly been in sales, commencing in London (UK) in 2012. Driven by a sociable and optimistic nature, he has always found joy in connecting with individuals and delving into their experiences to gain a genuine understanding of their lives and paths to success.

In 2019, a transformative moment occurred when he attended a multifamily Real Estate seminar in Dallas (TX) alongside a friend who was already deeply involved in real estate investing. Witnessing how everyday individuals had significantly improved their lives through strategic investments in a relatively short span was truly eye-opening for Rodolfo.

This event marked a turning point in Rodolfo’s life, igniting his confidence to embark on his own investment journey. Since then, Rodolfo has acquired properties across multiple states, engaging in buy-and-hold strategies, fix-and-flips, and initiating investments as a Limited Partner in multifamily apartment complexes. Presently, he and his wife, Katie, are involved in various multifamily deals, collectively owning about 1000 doors spanning Texas and Florida.
